Gabby is a Bob’s Burgers enthusiast, an astronomy fanatic, an avid wearer of sweatpants, and is probably eating pizza somewhere whilst having an existential crisis.
She’s a lover not a fighter, but she’ll fight for what she loves – and what she loves most is social justice and mental health advocacy.
As a junior in the Rutgers University School of Nursing, Gabby is minoring in Criminology and hopes to become a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) and eventually become a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) focusing on mental illness/ forensic nursing/ alternative medicine/providing treatment for those who cannot afford it.
Gabby is fighting a battle with trichotillomania and has anxiety and bouts of depression (she’s still trying to figure out how you can care about everything and nothing all at once). Gabby is a strong proponent of art therapy and believes that everyone can benefit by doing some type of art (writing is art too)!
She’s always ready and willing to help out anyone in need, is a professional secret keeper, and will passionately talk about/listen to anything (preferably over a candlelit dinner of Mac & Cheese, but an e-mail works too).
